  • If I place my order and it's too late for the visitation service, what happens?

    If we can't deliver your flowers, you will receive a full refund.


    If we find there isn't enough time to deliver your flowers to James J Gallogly & Sons Inc, we will reach out to you to see if you'd prefer to have the arrangement sent to the family's home. If the item you selected isn't appropriate for home delivery-such as being specifically designed for the funeral home-we'll offer you the option to substitute it with another item.     If you provide the delivery address, the order is fulfilled by our preferred local florist.


    If you place an order using the email and mobile number of a family member, they will receive an email and text from us.


    If you place an order using the email and mobile number, your recipient will receive an email and text from us.


    When they provide the delivery address and choose a date to receive your flowers, our order is to our preferred local florist for fulfillment. If they do not accept the delivery you are not charged.
