If this information is missing, our Customer Service department along with the local florist will try and find this information for you and we’ll add it to your order.
If you are unsure of details, you can also send flowers to the family by email or text. That way the family can provide a delivery date and service times and will also know when to expect your flowers. If they don’t accept the delivery, you won’t be charged.

If I place my order and it's too late for the visitation service, what happens?
If we can't deliver your flowers, you will receive a full refund.
If we find there isn't enough time to deliver your flowers to Sunset Funeral Chapel & Park, we will reach out to you to see if you'd prefer to have the arrangement sent to the family's home. If the item you selected isn't appropriate for home delivery-such as being specifically designed for the funeral home-we'll offer you the option to substitute it with another item. In this case, a partial refund may apply.

Place your order here at SocialFlowers.com. You can provide the delivery address or use the recipient's email address or mobile number and have them choose where and when to receive the flowers.

What happens after I place an order?
If you provide the delivery address, the order is fulfilled by our preferred local florist.
If you place an order using the email and mobile number of a family member, they will receive an email and text from us.
If you place an order using the email and mobile number, your recipient will receive an email and text from us.
When they provide the delivery address and choose a date to receive your flowers, our order is to our preferred local florist for fulfillment. If they do not accept the delivery you are not charged.

We take customer service seriously and typically read all messages within 5 minutes and respond to urgent inquiries within 30 minutes, and answer the phones often without wait times. Our business hours are 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Saturday.
