Do I need the patient's room number for a delivery to Saint Paul Medical Center?

If you have the room number, please include it in the Special Instructions when placing your order.

While a room number is not always required for delivery, some hospitals have strict policies and may not accept the arrangement or provide patient information without knowing the patient's location. Your recipient may also be in an ICU or an area where they cant' receive flowers.

To avoid this uncertainty and eliminate risk you can send flowers to them by using email and text. The recipient receives a 'You've Got Flowers' and is notified of your flowers. If they are able to receive flowers at Saint Paul Medical Center, they can provide the necessary information or they can choose to receive your flowers at home. If they don't accept the delivery, you won't be charged.
What if the patient has been discharged from Saint Paul Medical Center?

Prior to delivery, our local florist contacts the hospital to verify the patient's status. If the patient has been discharged, we'll contact you to choose whether to deliver the flowers to their home address or cancel for a full refund.

If you're unsure of the patient's location, consider sending flowers using their email and text to have them help you with details you don't know and eliminate the risk of them not receiving your flowers.
How do I place an order?

Place your order here at SocialFlowers.com. You can provide the delivery address or use the recipient's email address or mobile number and have them choose where and when to receive the flowers.

What happens after I place an order?

If you provide the delivery address, the order is fulfilled by our preferred local florist.

If you place an order using the email and mobile number of a family member, they will receive an email and text from us.

If you place an order using the email and mobile number, your recipient will receive an email and text from us.

When they provide the delivery address and choose a date to receive your flowers, our order is to our preferred local florist for fulfillment. If they do not accept the delivery you are not charged.

We take customer service seriously and typically read all messages within 5 minutes and respond to urgent inquiries within 30 minutes, and answer the phones often without wait times. Our business hours are 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Saturday.
What is the cost for delivery?

We believe in pricing transparency. The price shown for a flower arrangement is the total price - including delivery and tax. There are no additional charges at checkout.

If you send your order by email or text, and the recipient does not accept, you will not be charged. If your flowers are not delivered, you will receive a full refund.
