Order History for Shop - Many of the florists we partner with have been part of our network for years—some for over two decades, fulfilling hundreds of orders. These long-standing relationships are a testament to their consistent excellence. Our algorithms analyze order histories, identifying and elevating local florists with proven track records of delivering outstanding results.

Florist Quality Through Pictures - Proof is in the pictures! Our goal is to deliver exceptional, high-quality flowers. We monitor the work of florists through pictures of flowers being delivered which we receive from two sources: recipients and florists.

Pictures from Recipients - Customers can share pictures of flowers they receive and earn credits for themselves and the sender. These snapshots—of beautiful flowers and happy faces—help us confirm that the florist has exceeded expectations, guiding us to work with them again.

Pictures from Florists: We also ask florists to send a photo of the bouquet they’ve created, often right at their shop. Seeing the arrangement before it leaves the florist's hands gives us confidence in the quality and artistry of their work.

Communication With Us - Effective communication with our florists is key to a successful partnership. A lot happens behind the scenes to ensure every flower delivery goes smoothly—such as checking the availability of specific flowers and ensuring timely deliveries.

Our florists keep us informed through the process, and we closely monitor the efficiency of these communications. This helps us ensure everything is running smoothly and allows us to keep you updated every step of the way.

Unbiased Florist Selection - Some national flower delivery services are obligated to distribute orders across their entire "wire service" network, which means the top florists don't always receive the orders they deserve.

At Social Flowers we operate differently - hand selecting local florists to deliver for us solely based on the quality of their work. Florists have the flexibility to choose whether or not to accept our orders, and they aren't obligated to do so. This mutual freedom creates a healthy partnership, allowing us to consistently provide you with high-quality flowers and efficient service.

Continual Monitoring and Adjustments - A florist may have a long track record of success with us, consistently delivering beautiful flowers—evident in the photos we receive. But we recognize that excellence isn't static.

We continually monitor these positive outcomes to ensure the florist maintains their status as one of our Signature Florists. If standards slip, we make the necessary adjustments to ensure you always receive the highest quality service.
