Prices

  • All prices include delivery and any applicable taxes.

Delivery

  • Your flowers will be hand-delivered by a local florist.
  • If you provide a delivery address at checkout, you choose the delivery date. If the recipient provides the delivery address, they choose the delivery date.
  • Delivery is available Monday to Saturday to all 50 States, Puerto Rico, and Canada. Sunday delivery is not available.
  • For same-day-delivery - orders must be placed before 1:00 PM in the recipient's time zone. During peak holiday periods (Valentine's Day,Mother's Day, Christmas, Easter etc.) same-day-delivery cutoff time may be earlier.
  • Delivery hours for florists are generally between 9:00AM and 5:00PM.

Billing

  • When you place your order which requires the recipient to provide a delivery address, we will put a hold on your credit card for the order amount. We only charge your credit card if, and when, the recipient accepts to receive your flowers.
  • Orders delivered in the United States are billed in $US, orders delivered to Canada are billed in $CA
  • Paying With Cryptocurrency
    • We accept several types of cryptocurrency as payment for an order including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, USD Coin, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash
    • The full and current list of cryptocurrencies accepted is displayed at checkout
    • When an order is placed with cryptocurrency, the order is paid for at the time of the transaction
    • The amount we charge you is the fiat amount converted to your cryptocurrency
  • Refunds With Cryptocurrency
    • If the recipient does not accept a cryptocurrency order, or if a refund is needed for any other reason, you will be refunded in cryptocurrency 
    • We refund you the fiat value of the order converted back to the cryptocurrency
    • Refunds for cryptocurrency are done the same crypto currency that the order was placed, and not in cash or any other cryptocurrency
    • Your refund will be done at the prevailing cryptocurrency exchange rate for fiat to your cryptocurrency—this may mean the cryptocurrency has increased or decreased in value since the time you made the purchase

Sharing Pictures, Videos, and Reviews by the Recipient

  • The recipient is given the option to share pictures or a video of their flowers with the sender. If at least one picture or video is shared, both the recipient and sender earn a $10 credit on a future order.
  • If the recipient allows Social Flowers to post their pictures or videos on the Social Flowers website and social media channels, both the recipient and sender receive an additional $10 credit for a total of $20 each.
  • Only the recipient can share pictures or videos to earn credits.
  • Credits for future orders are applied to the Social Flowers accounts of the recipient and sender. 
  • The recipient can choose to send a message to the sender along with their pictures and video. The recipient is given the option of allowing Social Flowers to post this message on their website or social media channels.
  • The recipient can leave a review of their experience using Social Flowers. They can allow Social Flowers to post the review on the Social Flowers website and social media.

  • Recipient and sender information are kept private and not shared with the other party. See our Privacy Policy
  • Substitution of flowers may be necessary to ensure your arrangement is delivered.

Substitution

  • Substitution of flowers may be necessary to ensure your arrangement is delivered.
  • The utmost care and attention will be given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.
  • When a substantial substitution (flowers used, size, or shape of your arrangement) is required, we will contact you.

Cancel an Order

  • Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel an order.
  • We will honor a request to cancel an order if we receive the request before the florist has begun fulfilling the order.
  • If we are able to cancel an order, you receive a full refund.

Change an Order

  • Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change an order.
  • We will honor a request from you to change an order if we receive the request before the florist has begun fulfilling the order.
  • If you are changing the delivery date, we will honor that when possible.
  • If you are changing an order, we will refund you the difference when the order is less than your original order, or charge you the difference if the order is more than the original order.
